Because every piece is custom designed, pricing varies depending on size and complexity.
The biggest factor is how detailed the design is. More detail means more individual pieces of glass, which increases design and fabrication time.
A simple 4 sq ft geometric window may cost around $1,300, while a highly detailed botanical design could reach $8,000 or more.
If you have a budget in mind, we can usually design within that range.

1. Share Your Idea
Submit our inquiry form with:
approximate dimensions
where the piece will live (window, wall, cabinet, etc.)
style or subject ideas
inspiration photos
your budget range
2. Design Phase
We collect a $250 design fee which:
reserves your place in our project queue
covers the creation of original design artwork
You’ll receive a design to review and approve before we move forward.
3. Fabrication
Once the design is approved:
we provide the final quote
a 50% deposit is collected
materials are sourced and fabrication begins
4. Delivery or Installation
When the piece is complete:
final payment is due
we coordinate pickup, shipping, or installation

Yes! We ship custom stained glass nationwide.
Because glass artwork is fragile and often irreplaceable, we ship through a professional crating and freight service to ensure it arrives safely.
While it’s more expensive than standard shipping, it dramatically reduces the risk of damage during transit.

Yes! Mojo Glassworks provides professional stained glass repair and restoration services for residential, commercial, and historic pieces throughout Central Virginia. Whether your glass has a small crack or requires full structural restoration, we approach every project with respect for the original craftsmanship and materials. Hourly rates begin at $125 with a 1 hour minimum.

The Sassy Biscuit
This large, vibrant transom was created for a restaurant in Richmond’s Southside, and was inspired by traditional patchwork quilts of the American South. It casts a rainbow of light into the dining room, and greets everyone who walks in the door with a warm and welcoming hello.
